The apartment building is located in a residential area near the Starý Harcov reservoir in the close vicinity of the listed historical building of the Stross Villa. The concept of the house is based on terraced receding floors of minimalist shapes following the sharp descent terrain. The house has five receding floors with ten apartments and one floor with underground parking and technical facilities. Each of the apartments has a large terrace or loggia facing south offereing a view of the dam. The facade of the house consists mainly of plaster in subtle shades of white and gray and with a relief of vertical lines evoking the way of modeling classic plastered facades. The mass of the duplex apartment is accentuated with larch prism siding. The terraces are designed with containers for growing greenery. In the immediate vicinity of the house, mature trees have been preserved, which completes the this exceptional residence place.
