The apartment building is located in a quiet attractive location in the center of Liberec. The house benefits from its location in a courtyard surrounded by greenery. The concept of the house is based on the division into two parts - city villas - with the orientation of apartments and their terraces so as to provide privacy to residents using the close proximity of mature deciduous trees, which shade the building in summer and release the sunlight in winter.Read more
The house has four basic residential floors and above them two retreating with residential terraces. The house has 23 residential units from the smallest to large, including a duplex penthouse. Ground floor apartments use private terraces in the adjacent garden. The two parts of the house are also distinguished in the facade - the northern part is covered with facing brick strips in an earthy shade with a coarser texture, the southern part is lighter - in white smooth plaster with window parapet reliefs of gray metallic trowel. In the basement there is parking, technical facilities and storage space.
