The main design principles of the new production and development complex of the Nexen company were determined directly by the investor on the basis of previous implemented projects and the initial study was created in Korea. The basic layout of the factory is determined by the requirements of production and the flow of materials from the initial inputs of raw materials to the storage and expedition of finished tires. The aim of the architectural design was to reflect the quality and sophistication of the used technologies and to reflect them in the appearance of individual buildings and the complex as a whole. An integral part of the project is the greenery and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and physical activity of employees. The plant also includes a fully automated warehouse almost fifty meters high. It is able to hold up to 360 thousand pieces of tires.Read more
The best available technologies are used in the project, the production line is a world leader both in terms of quality and efficiency of production, and in terms of minimizing the impact on the environment. The precise location of the production facilities, their perfect ergonomics, transport and warehouse logistics are the reasons why the Czech Nexen plant is one of the most modern in the world. Without human intervention, the production of the tire takes place here, from mixing the mixture and rubberizing the strip of material to vulcanization and storage of the final product. The person does not physically touch the tire until the visual inspection phase.
