Kolárovo square is lined on the one hand by the distinctive expressive architecture of "Živnodom" and fragmented structure of low historic buildings in its lower part, which gives the square its onw unique character, on the other hand it is lined by university campus with its modern urbanism and architecture, the Park One building acts as a catalyst for these two different concepts. The architecture of the building is based on the design that received the 2nd prize in an international competition for the development of a plot. The façade supports the basic idea of a "watercolor" house. Glass with different print intensities creates surfaces with different transparency and creates an external effect that gives the house a unique character.
