The urbanism of two opposing masses gives space to the urban landscape, does not create a barrier and allows it to freely transition into the urbanism of the extravillan of the city. The concept of the project is based on the dialogue of two main masses - a linear house that defines the boundary of the plot along the street line, and a point house that completes the space on the western side. This approach allows for the creation of an open internal space between the objects, which is not only a landscape element, but also serves as a community space for residents to meet. The space is designed to support social interactions, spending free time and organizing various activities, thus becoming a central point for community development.
