The new building of the Stromovka business and office center is located in the middle of the dynamically developing Prague 7 district. The main entrance to the commercial area is from U Studánky Street, where the paved space in front of the entrance creates a small piazzetta with outdoor café seating. In the axis of the division of the composition, which connects to František Křižík Street, there is another entrance from Veletržní Street. The multifunctional building has four underground and four above-ground floors. Parking is proposed in the underground floors. The retail area is on the 1st underground and on ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a mix of shopping, leisure and dining areas. On the upper floors are degigned rentable offices with outdoor terraces and a green roof.
The main areas of the facades are divided by a regular grid of glazed windows and shop windows. Their urban character is also supported by the proposed materials. Light stone is used on the facade, in less exposed parts it is complemented by plaster of a similar shade. Along the Veletržní Street, a glazed parterre with a view of the shops is designed, in addition to the main entrances to the shopping arcades and the office part, this facade also contains separate entrances to the individual shopping units.
